Program Description

Event Details

Adults 18 and older will learn about Self Defense and Personal Safety with Lindsey Daehnke from Strictly Self Defense. This is a 2 hour class and we will start promtly at 6pm.  Please arrive early and wear non restrictive clothing. Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Training will focus on three key areas: Mindset, Skill Set and Planning. Specific topics may include Situational Awareness, Bystander Intervention, Consent, Healthy Relationships, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more.  The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense training.
